Now when customers call us and ask where a truck is, we’re able to be more proactive and tell them if the truck is running a little late.
Does LoadTrak service save you time? A lot of time has been freed up for everyone. The dispatch integration program allowed us to considerably reduce our data entry time. We can stay with two dispatchers and one administrative assistant and they handle all of the trucks between the three of them.
What about workflow and productivity? LoadTrak service allows us to monitor drivers and notify them quickly if a load is cancelled. We can also establish better truck routes because of the historical data, which lets us track stops, speed and road time
Does the LoadTrak solution help with safety? Because LoadTrak service monitors driving hours, speed and dispatch requests, we can make sure drivers work safe hours, drive at a safe speed and aren’t having unreasonable demands made on them by the dispatcher.
